Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Nouly, a news bot that runs inside Telegram. By starting or using the bot, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Nouly.
What Nouly is
Nouly delivers a daily digest of trending news on the topics you choose, lets you read stories with links to their sources, and can draft social posts from a story on request. It’s a free service, offered as-is, and still evolving.
Nouly delivers a daily digest of trending news on the topics you choose, lets you read stories with links to their sources, and can draft social posts from a story on request. The core service is free; an optional paid subscription (Nouly Premium) unlocks additional features. Nouly is offered as-is and still evolving.
If you stop opening your digest, Nouly will send you occasional reminders that your news is waiting — daily for the first three days, then progressively less often, and at most once a month after that. They stop as soon as you come back, and blocking or deleting the chat in Telegram stops them immediately.
Nouly Premium — payments and renewals
Nouly Premium is optional and paid. Everything below applies only if you choose to buy it; the free service is unaffected. Premium comes in two plans, and they work differently — the monthly plan renews itself, the yearly plan does not.
- Price and billing. Premium is sold in Telegram Stars. The exact price in Stars is shown on the plan screen in the Nouly app and again in Telegram’s payment sheet before you confirm. Nothing is charged until you confirm that sheet.
- Payments go through Telegram. Telegram processes the payment and handles the Stars balance. Nouly never sees or stores your card or payment details — we receive only a confirmation that a charge succeeded.
- Monthly plan — term and renewal. The monthly plan is a subscription: it runs for 30 days and renews automatically for the same period, charging you again each time, until you cancel.
- Yearly plan — one payment, no renewal. The yearly plan is a single purchase, not a subscription. You pay once, you get 365 days of Premium, and nothing renews and nothing is charged again. There is no subscription to cancel; when the year is up, Premium simply ends unless you choose to buy again. We tell you before that happens.
- Cancelling the monthly plan. You can cancel at any time, either from the menu in the Nouly app (Cancel renewal) or from Telegram’s own subscription settings (Settings → My Stars). Cancelling stops future renewals; your Premium features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing is taken away early.
- Right to withdraw (EU/EEA/UK). You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because Premium is made available immediately, you are asked to agree that performance starts right away, which ends that right once the service has been delivered. If you have not used Premium, contact us and we will refund it.
- Refunds. Send
/helpin the bot and choose Payment support to reach us about a charge. We refund duplicate or mistaken charges, and any charge where Premium was not actually delivered. Statutory refund rights are not affected by this. - Coupons. Discount codes may limit who can use them, how many times, and for how long. A code can be withdrawn if it is shared publicly or abused.
- Price changes. If the price changes, the new price applies from your next renewal, never retroactively. A yearly plan you have already bought is never repriced — you paid for the whole year up front.
- If we stop selling Premium. We may withdraw Premium from sale at any time. If we do, everything you have already paid for keeps running to the end of its period, you keep the ability to cancel and to request a refund, and we do not charge you again for a service we have stopped offering.

Using Nouly responsibly
Please don’t:
- Use Nouly for anything unlawful, or to harass, harm, or deceive others.

AI-generated content
Nouly uses automated and AI systems to summarize news, translate stories, and draft posts. This content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and it isn’t professional advice. Always check the linked original sources before you rely on or share anything — you’re responsible for what you publish.
News and third-party content
Stories, headlines, and source links come from third parties and belong to their respective owners. Nouly points you to them for convenience and doesn’t control or endorse their content. Following a link means you’re subject to that site’s own terms.
