Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Nouly, a news bot that runs inside Telegram. By starting or using the bot, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Nouly.
What Nouly is
Nouly delivers a daily digest of trending news on the topics you choose, lets you read stories with links to their sources, and can draft social posts from a story on request. It’s a free service, offered as-is, and still evolving.
Who can use it
You need to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to use Telegram under Telegram’s own terms. You’re responsible for activity that happens through your Telegram account with the bot.
Using Nouly responsibly
Please don’t:
- Use Nouly for anything unlawful, or to harass, harm, or deceive others.
- Try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits.
- Present drafts or summaries from Nouly as something they aren’t, or in ways that mislead people.
AI-generated content
Nouly uses automated and AI systems to summarize news, translate stories, and draft posts. This content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and it isn’t professional advice. Always check the linked original sources before you rely on or share anything — you’re responsible for what you publish.
News and third-party content
Stories, headlines, and source links come from third parties and belong to their respective owners. Nouly points you to them for convenience and doesn’t control or endorse their content. Following a link means you’re subject to that site’s own terms.
Availability and changes
Nouly is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, pause, or discontinue features — or the whole service — at any time, and we can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
No warranties
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nouly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nouly and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including reliance on any content it produces.
Ending use
You can stop using Nouly at any time by blocking or deleting the chat in Telegram. We may also suspend or end access if the service is misused or if we stop offering it.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Nouly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
