A Google Alerts alternative that sends the story, not the link
Google Alerts watches the web for your words and emails you a list of links. Nouly follows the same subjects and brings you each story written out in full, with its sources, every morning, in your language.

Where Google Alerts is the better choice
If you need to know the minute a word appears anywhere online, such as your company’s name, your own name or a rare term, Google Alerts is hard to beat. It is free, it takes any search query, and you can run as many alerts as you like. Nouly is not a monitoring tool and does not try to be one.
Where Nouly is the better choice
- You want to read the news on a subject, not sort through links. Each story is written out in full, so you understand what happened without opening ten tabs.
- You read in a different language from the reporting. A story first reported in Japanese reaches you in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian or Russian.
- You want one calm read a day. Your briefing is ready every morning, and there is no inbox to clean up afterwards.
- You want to ask follow-up questions. Ask Nouly’s AI about any story, or have it draft a post you can share.
Switching takes a minute
- Join the waitlist at nouly.app with your email. When your turn comes, you get a one-tap link to sign in, with no password.
- Pick the country you want news from, and the topics closest to your alerts.
- With Premium, type your alert words in as keywords. Your first briefing is ready the next morning.
