Where Google News is the better choice
For breaking news and the widest range of outlets, Google News is excellent, and it is free. If you want to scan everything happening right now, it does that better than a once-a-day briefing can.
Where Nouly is the better choice
- You want news with an end. One briefing, read in a few minutes, instead of a feed that never runs out.
- You follow subjects a general feed buries. A niche, a place, a company or a sport gets its own stories every morning.
- You want the whole story in one place. Each one is written out in full, with the sources listed if you want the original.
- You read in another language. Every story is written in your language, wherever it was first reported.
Switching takes a minute

- Pick the country you want news from, and the topics you follow in Google News.
- Your first briefing is ready the next morning.
